Each offering is a doorway into the body, into truth, into what is ready to unfold

1 on 1 Sessions

A personalised three-month container combining online and in-person sessions, designed to support you in your body, your relationships,

and your sexuality.

A space of depth, presence, and transformation.

Here, you are invited to meet yourself fully.

We work with what is alive in you in the moment,
unraveling patterns, opening new pathways, and restoring connection

within yourself and your relationships.

Each session is intuitively guided and may include embodiment

practices, somatic work, breath, coaching, and non-dual transmission.

A place to soften.
A place to open.
A place to come home to yourself.

We can work with:

intimacy and relationship challenges
low or disconnected desire
patterns such as porn use or compulsive behaviours
embodiment, confidence, and emotional connection

This space is shaped around you.
You are welcome to bring what is present, even if you don’t yet have the words for it.

Sacred Intimacy & Polarity

‍ ‍A space to explore the depth of your desire, your longing, and the parts of yourself that are often held back, hidden, or made wrong.

This work invites you into a refined exploration of intimacy where you can meet what feels edgy, vulnerable, or unfamiliar, and begin to soften into it with presence and awareness.

Here, you are supported to open into both sides of polarity:
to give and to receive,
to lead and to surrender,
to meet and to be fully met.

Through a combination of breath, movement, sound, and body-based awareness, we begin to gently open what has been held creating space for more sensation, expression, and truth to emerge.

This space can also include the conscious exploration of erotic energy, power dynamics, and elements of kink and BDSM always held with awareness, consent, and care. It is a place where patterns of armouring, conditioning, and shame can be met with presence, and gradually softened.

A space of devotional presence, where intimacy becomes a pathway to deeper connection with yourself, with another, and with the truth of what moves within you.

Ritual and threshold work

For moments of transition, endings, grief, and deep inner shifts.

There are times in life where something is ending
an identity, a relationship, a phase of life
and something new is beginning to emerge.

These are thresholds.
And they are not meant to be rushed through or carried alone.

This space is here to support you in consciously moving through these passages to honour what is being released, and to welcome what is being born.

This work can support you through many forms of transition, including:

— the ending of a relationship or a significant connection
— the loss of a loved one — a parent, a partner, a friend
— pregnancy loss, abortion, or the death of a child
— the transition into parenthood, and the rebirth of self that comes with it
— the closing of one identity and the emergence of another
— life stage transitions such as first menstruation, menopause, or becoming a parent
— the shift from youth into adulthood, or from one way of being into another

These moments carry depth.
They carry emotion, meaning, and transformation.

Here, you are held in a grounded and intentional space
where your body, your emotions, and your spirit are all included in the process.

Through somatic work, ritual, breath, spiritual guidance, and practices such as rebozo,
you are supported to release, integrate, and step into what is next.

This is a space of death and new life.
A space to be held through change.
A space to honour your becoming.

Return to the womb

A space to come back to the body
to soften, to listen, and to reconnect with the deeper intelligence that lives within you.

This work is centred around the womb, the pelvis, and the feminine as a place of memory, sensitivity, and power.

It can include practices such as:

womb and pelvic work
yoni mapping
breath, touch, and nervous system regulation
gentle body-based rituals to support release and reconnection
Yoni steaming

This space is here to support you in:

reconnecting with your sensuality and natural flow
softening layers of tension, numbness, or disconnection
meeting experiences held in the body with care and presence
restoring a sense of safety, trust, and intimacy within yourself

Each journey is personal and guided by what is alive for you.

You are not required to be in a certain place or to know exactly what you need.
You are invited to arrive as you are and to be met there.
